White Cement CEM I 52,5 N

The light and clear colour of TITAN's white cements makes them ideal for uses where appearance is of the utmost importance. For instance, they are used to prepare white or coloured mortars for the façades of private residences and multistorey buildings.

TITAN's white cements are also used for preparing white concrete. This can be used to produce various shapes and colours and is particularly precious for architects and urban planners. It is employed in prefabricated elements such as:

  • architectural concrete;
  • indoor or outdoor floor surfaces;
  • façade modules;
  • road equipment and garden furniture;
  • swimming pool construction.
  1. Product Applications

    In order to produce durable concrete using CEM I 52,5N white cement, the mix's cement content must be kept at an acceptable level. The ELOT EN 206 standard and the Concrete Technology Regulation 2016 set out guidelines for the use of cement in concretes for various categories of exposure and adverse soil conditions and the planned longevity of the structure.

    All typical concrete additives (e.g. plasticizers, air-entraining agents, retarders) can be used with our CEM I 52,5N cement.

  2. Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), Declaration of Performance and CE Marking

    The cements of the ΤΙΤΑΝ Group comply with the ELOT ΕΝ 197-1 harmonized European standard and are subject to third-party accreditation procedures by a notified EU body according to System 1+ for the Assessment & Verification of Constancy of Performance (AVCP).

    TITAN has published the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) of cement, through an independent certified body.

    The EPDs, the Declaration of Performance on the key attributes of the product and the CE Marking can be found here.

    The CE Marking is placed on the packaging and/or the dispatch documents as per the Regulation for Construction Products.

  3. Health and Safety

    Contact with wet cement, wet concrete or cement mix may cause irritation, dermatitis or serious alkali burns. The contact of cement dust with bodily fluids (e.g. sweat or eye moisture) may also cause irritation, dermatitis or burns. It entails a serious risk of eye damage. Wear suitable, impermeable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. In case of eye contact, rinse off immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. After skin contact, wash off immediately with plenty of clean water. Keep out of reach of children. Contains chromium (VI). May cause allergic reactions, the risk of which is higher if the cement is used beyond the use-by date stated in the dispatch documents.
