Career Guidance
A compass for the future
Since 1994, we have been providing career guidance programmes with experts for our employees' children and for high school pupils from the local communities in which we operate. Combining theoretical aspects with hands-on activities, the ultimate goal is to help children identify their skills so as to ensure their best preparation in choosing their field of studies and future profession.
The programme carries on beyond the three-day sessions. The collaboration of pupils and parents with counsellors extends until children complete high school and often until the time when they submit their university applications, while sometimes continues after their admission to higher education institutions.
From 2009 to 2017, a total of 269 pupils participated in the programme.
