ReGeneration

Training, practice and contribution

ReGeneration is a comprehensive professional and personal development programme. It aspires to bridge the gap between young people who wish to learn, develop, take risks and make a difference in society and companies which seek graduates with the skills they consider essential for their new recruits.

The programme is intended for talented young graduates from all areas of specialization and provides global skill development through training, a 6-month paid internship and voluntary work in NGOs.

TITAN offers ReGeneration participants the opportunity to work in specific projects. During their internship, students work in the company's plants. They undertake tasks in fields related to manufacture and the technical services and can thus see how the company operates and acquire a good understanding of the values of TITAN. Since the programme was launched, 12 young graduates completed an internship and two of them are currently employed by TITAN.

ReGeneration is a pioneering project of the Global Shapers Athens Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and was launched in Greece in 2014. It was developed in order to help address unemployment among the youth and the "brain drain" phenomenon, the tendency of gifted young graduates to seek employment abroad.
