TITAN’s UP Graduate Trainee Program returned full of energy, for its 2nd year, with a unique offering for young engineers who are looking for a dynamic start to their careers on the right foundations. 

UP is a 12-month comprehensive training program designed and implemented by TITAN, an organization with a long history and a strong presence in Greece and abroad.

In order to participate in the program, you should have:

Academic Background

  • Degree from a Polytechnic School:

- Electrical Engineering

- Chemical Engineering

- Mechanical Engineering

- Mining and Metallurgical Engineering

  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Skills & Characteristics

  • Passion and eagerness to learn

  • Fulfilled military obligations

Work Experience

No experience required. If available, should be up to 2 years.

Selection steps

 Below you will find the selection process steps that you will need to successfully complete in order to become our next UP Graduate Trainee!

Step 1 - Application
Your journey begins… with just one click! Send us your most recent resume, so we can learn more about you and your experiences. Please note that the deadline for the submission of CVs for the second cohort has now expired.

Step 2 – Online Game Play & Video Interview
If you meet the basic selection criteria, you will be invited to complete an interactive online game that integrates gaming elements into decision-making scenarios. You will also answer a few questions by taking a short video interview.

Step 3 – Aptitude Tests
At this stage you will need to complete a short aptitude test which assesses your general cognitive ability, while effectively evaluating your problem-solving and critical thinking skills. In addition, you will answer a job personality questionnaire that examines your preferred work-environment behavior.

Step 4 – Virtual Interview
It's time to get to know each other better! During the online interviews you will have the opportunity to meet members of the HR and Business Teams and discuss with them your goals and ambitions.

Step 5 – Assessment Center
Congratulations! You have managed to reach the final stages of the selection process.

This includes a visit to our cement plant and your participation in the Assessment Center.
We believe this experience will be exciting and constructive!

At this stage, the process will be completed, and we will make our final decisions on the candidates to be selected for the Graduate Program.

Step 6 – Welcome aboard!
Congratulations, you are officially one of the UP-Graduate Trainees!

On June 6, we will officially welcome you to our team through an organized Onboarding & Induction program.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. If I have not yet completed my studies, can I participate in the UP-Graduate Trainee Program?
    A prerequisite for participation is to have completed your studies by June 6, which is the start date of the program.

  2. What are the functions of employment?The functions of employment are directly related to the studies of each candidate. The positions relate to Production, Maintenance & Quality Control. During the program there is an open dialogue concerning the areas of interest of each Graduate and open opportunities within the organization.

  3. Can I apply if I live in another city besides Athens, Patras and Thessaloniki?
    In case you need to relocate to another city, the company will cover the cost of your travel and accommodation.

  4. As a graduate trainee what remuneration package should I expect?
    UP Graduate Trainees receive a competitive salary package (compensation plus benefits), which is communicated to them at the time of the job offer, which takes place at the end of the selection process.

  5. Can I apply if I have not fulfilled my military obligations?
    All candidates must have completed (or been officially exempted from) their military obligations.
