PLANT OPEN WEEK
Successful open days have been held at our plants in Thessaloniki and Patra, on 12th May 2008 at the former, and 14th May 2008 at the latter.
These events took place in conjunction with the Cembureau “Open Plant Week” initiative.
An unexpectedly large number of visitors made the trip out to the facilities, despite the difficulties caused by the fuel shortage and taxi strike.
More than 180 individuals visited each of the plants and were extremely positive in their reaction to the quality and content of the speeches, the guided tours and the hospitality they received.
As well as an information pack the visitors were also each given a light-reflecting safety jacket, bearing the open day logo, and an olive sapling – souvenirs of the occasion.
Each event lasted about three hours.
