Seventy internship positions offered by TITAN Group to students of higher technological educational institutes
TITAN enhances activities for youth training and employability as part of its support to the European Pact for Youth
Among the first Greek companies to join the European Pact for Youth, which aims at helping young people acquire professional skills and at boosting employability, TITAN Group is further strengthening its actions for the youth by offering seventy (70) internship positions to students of Higher Technological Educational Institutes all over Greece in the course of 2016-2017, a prerequisite for obtaining their diploma, thus allowing them to get a salaried post of employment for six months, along with the necessary key competencies that improve employability.
The positions offered concern disciplines which are relevant to the operation of cement plants, the company headquarters and the other business units of the Group in Greece, namely mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, civil engineering, business administration, accounting and finance. The interns will have the opportunity to gain recognized work experience, develop their skills and prepare for the real demands of the labor market, before they claim a job and advance their career more effectively.
The new cycle adds to the 2014-2015 program, during which TITAN initially gave the opportunity to 50 students of Higher Technological Educational Institutes to complete their internship in its business units in Greece, later on almost doubling this number to 90.
For more information, students are kindly requested to contact the Liaison Office of the Higher Technological Educational Institute they attend.
