1st Stakeholder Forum
The first National Stakeholders' Forum was held in October at the TITAN Plant in Kamari, with the participation of customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders and representatives of the local government, society, and academia.
The Forum is a new innovative initiative in the context of TITAN’s effort to promote the dialogue with stakeholders on issues related to the natural and social environment.
The objectives of the meeting were to inform Stakeholders about the priorities and practices of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development implemented by TITAN and to exchange views regarding the further improvement of their performance.
Information material about the experience of the last three years was sent beforehand to the participants, while during the meeting TITAN’s representatives of the Management and other executives presented an overall map of the Group’s relevant initiatives and actions.
An open discussion followed, attracting the interest of the audience, and leading to decisions and proposals of general acceptance.
The conclusions of the Forum will be used for the development of the future strategy and practices of the Group.
