Grey Cement CEM II/B-M (P-LL) 42.5 R

TITAN CEM II/B-M (P-LL) 42.5 R is an advanced blended cement, engineered to meet today’s performance and sustainability requirements. With a reduced clinker content, it significantly lowers the carbon footprint while maintaining outstanding material performance. Thanks to its high early strength development, it supports greater jobsite productivity and is a dependable choice for demanding applications such as mass concrete pours and precast construction.

At the same time, its optimized composition enhances the long-term durability of concrete by reducing porosity and providing improved protection of reinforcement against corrosion.

TITAN CEM II/B-M (P-LL) 42.5 R is positioned as a complete solution for large-scale engineering projects, combining technical reliability, durability, and environmental responsibility.

  1. Product Applications

For the production of durable concrete with CEM II Portland cement, the cement content of the mix should comply with EN 206 and the 2016 Concrete Technology Regulation, which provide guidance for the use of cement in concrete across different exposure classes and demanding environmental conditions, in line with the intended service life of the structure.

All standard concrete admixtures, such as plasticizers, air-entraining agents, and retarders, can be used with CEM II cement.

  2. Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), Declaration of Performance and CE Marking

Our cements comply with the harmonized European standard EN 197-1 and are subject to third-party certification procedures by an EU notified body, in accordance with System 1+ for the Assessment and Verification of Constancy of Performance (AVCP).

TITAN has published Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for its cements through an independent certified body, reinforcing its commitment to transparency and sustainable construction.

The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), the Declaration of Performance for the product’s essential characteristics, and the CE Marking are available here. CE Marking is placed on the packaging and/or delivery documents, as required by the Construction Products Regulation.

  3. Health and Safety

Contact with wet cement, wet concrete, or mortar may cause irritation, dermatitis, or severe alkali burns. Contact between cement dust and bodily fluids, such as sweat or eye moisture, may also cause irritation, dermatitis, or burns. There is also a serious risk of eye damage. For this reason, the use of suitable waterproof protective clothing, gloves, and eye and face protection is strongly recommended. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. After skin contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of clean water. Keep out of reach of children. Contains Chromium (VI), which may cause an allergic reaction. The risk increases if the cement is used beyond the declared storage period stated on the delivery documents.
