UP TITAN Graduate Trainee Program is a comprehensive development program for young professionals designed and implemented by TITAN, with a total duration of 12 months. It is addressed to recent graduates in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering with up to 2 years of work experience.

UP has been developed to serve the specific needs of young professionals in their first steps. It optimally combines on-the-job training in full-time positions in Greece and simultaneous involvement with various projects and requirements.

  • Full-time Employment: From day one, you will join an extremely dynamic group as an integral member on full-time basis.
  • Breadth and Depth: You will be involved in various interesting projects, collaborating interdepartmentally with the Teams of Production, Maintenance, Technical, Environment as well as Health & Safety.
  • Cement Master: You will delve into cement production - from mining to grinding and packing, gaining access to both the big picture and the specific operations and processes that define cement.

What it takes to unlock your Unlimited Potential

We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals with interpersonal and team skills who want to start their career in the cement industry.

In order to be eligible for the program, you must have:

  • A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic School
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Curiosity, adaptability with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Flexibility, excellent communication skills and results-oriented approach
  • Willing to travel within Greece
  • Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)

 

 

Selection steps

If you want to become a member of the Unlimited Potential Team, note the selection steps involved in the process:

Step 1 - Send your CV: Send us your most recent resume - this will allow us to learn more about you, your experiences and inclinations! Just be quick! Do not forget that the CV submission period starts on April 12 and concludes on April 30.

Step 2 - Skills Assessment: After reviewing your resume and making sure that you meet the basic requirements for joining the program, we will invite you to complete online some skill-assessment exercises (based on interactive games, logic and abstract thinking tests), and also answer some questions as part of a brief video interview.

Step 3 - Professional profile & Interview: If you successfully pass the skills assessment phase, you will need to complete an on-line professional personality questionnaire and go through a virtual interview, so that we can get to know you even better!

Step 4 - Virtual Workshop: Once you have been chosen to move ahead, you will be invited to a one-day virtual workshop, simulating accurately your expected daily life at the UP TITAN Graduate Trainee Program. You will have the opportunity to display your skills and ideas through case studies, presentations and discussions and, at the same time, you will meet company executives.

Step 5 - Welcome Onboard!: If, following all previous stages, your evaluation was positive you are now ready to start your full employment in various centers of activity of our company - with a total duration of 12 months. We will officially welcome you to our Team on June 16. Have a good start!

 

What does the program include

  • Structured welcoming & induction program for new recruits – Immediate familiarization with the activities and production model of Titan
  • Active participation in cement plant teams and gradual engagement in various projects to expand your knowledge and strengthen your skillset
  • Assignment of projects to acquire practical experience and achieve company and personal goals
  • Rotation between different Departments / positions in most Business Units within Greece to get the “big picture”
  • Development of professional skills as a member of the Titan Team
  • Mentoring Program with developmental plans for each new engineer in order to capitalize on the knowledge derived in the course of your professional development
  • Constant communication with the Management Team for exchange of views and constructive dialogue
  • Regular feedback and participation performance appraisal process
