TITAN: Strategic Partnership with F.H.L. I. KIRIAKIDIS Group for dry mortars and thermal insulation innovative products and solutions
TITAN Group is entering into a strategic partnership with the F.H.L. I. KIRIAKIDIS Group to create a joint dry mortar company, aiming to offer innovative, competitive products and services in the growing Greek market.
This partnership is founded on the shared values of TITAN and F.H.L. I. KIRIAKIDIS and leverages decades of experience and technical expertise from the INTERMIX and MARMODOM brands, respectively. It will accelerate research and development, enhancing the range of products and applications that are steadily gaining ground in the construction sector. Through two production units in Attica and Northern Greece, the company will achieve broad geographic coverage and optimal customer service.
The new company, in which TITAN will hold a majority stake, will capitalize on economies of scale in the procurement of raw materials and the optimization of production processes and distribution to its expanded customer base. General Management will be assumed by Nikos Kontos, head of the INTERMIX mortars activity, a TITAN executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
