TITAN | Employability Forward: The new generation of professionals steps ahead

How does one prepare for an ever-changing work landscape? Offering answers to this pressing question, TITAN organized the “Employability Forward” event exclusively for postgraduate students. The goal was to create a dynamic space for dialogue and interaction between young professionals and representatives of the business and institutional community. With a focus on foresight approach and long-term planning, the event highlighted the trends that will shape the future of work and society over the next 15 years and beyond.

The program featured speaker panels with leading business executives, workshops on emerging technological developments and the skills of tomorrow, as well as a World Café with discussions on the labor market and employability. Emphasis was placed on the forces redefining work, such as climate change, urbanization, and digital transformation.

The event also included a Career Speed Dating session, where students had the opportunity to speak directly with TITAN executives. It concluded with a fireside chat titled “Crafting the Future: Entrepreneurship and Foresight,” featuring Dimitri Papalexopoulos, Chairman of TITAN Group, in conversation with Spyros Theodoropoulos, Founder of Chipita S.A. and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), and Marco Veremis, Founding Partner of Big Pi Ventures and Co-Chair of the SEV’s Innovation Committee.

The event offered food for thought, shared valuable experience, and encouraged participating students to approach their professional future with confidence and vision.
